Our Achievement
I think it is important to note that our mission is particularly relevant in the context of India, which is a country with a rich and diverse religious heritage. As you know, there are many Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, Christians and Muslims living together in India, our work can help to promote mutual understanding and respect between these different religious communities.
I also think it is important to note that our mission is in line with the teachings of the Catholic Church. The Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) emphasized the importance of inter-religious dialogue. The Council's document "Nostra Aetate" stated that "The Catholic Church rejects nothing that is true and holy in these religions. She regards with sincere reverence those ways of conduct and of life, those precepts and teachings which, though differing in many aspects from the ones she holds and sets forth, nonetheless often reflect a ray of that Truth..."
